Q: How long does the whole process take?

Linkbook is live in 48 hours. Service one-pagers are typically live within 5 working days from the moment you send your content. Professional sites take 7 to 10 days. The clock starts when we have your text, photos, and logo — so most delays happen on the content side, not the build side.

Q: Do I need to own a domain already?

No. If you already have one (for example yourbusiness.co.uk) we connect it. If not, we help you pick and register one — typically £8 to £15 per year, paid directly to the registrar and owned by you, not us.

Q: Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. We show you how to update text, prices, or photos yourself. If you would rather not touch it, small text or image changes are £15 each, or you can take an optional monthly care plan (£20 per month) for unlimited small edits. No lock-in — cancel anytime.

Q: What if I don't like the first draft?

Tell us what is off and we fix it — that is what the included revision round is for. We keep iterating on the draft within the agreed scope until you are satisfied with it. The deposit covers the design work we have already done, so it is not refundable once the build has started — but you will never be locked into a draft you can not live with. Yes — completely. The domain is in your name, the hosting account can be transferred to you, and the source code is yours. If you ever want to move your site to another developer or platform, we'll hand everything over. No hostage situations.
